How do I Create My First Ticket in Mojo?
We are beginning to migrate all of our trouble tickets (both maintenance and technology) to a new solution. The new solution is called Mojo Helpdesk. Therefore, going forward, please use the new system to turn in tickets. I have included a link below to the new helpdesk and a 5 minute video going over the basics of using the new help desk ticketing system. There is also a link on our website under staff resources.
